About some questions of provision of pensions of citizens in Turkmenistan

count the sizes of paid pensions appointed till March 1, 2001 to citizens who worked at factory of agricultural products, proceeding from the developed average salary across Turkmenistan for the I quarter 2002, using individual pension coefficient in the amount up to 1,0;

make calculation of the granted pensions proceeding from the average monthly salary across Turkmenistan which developed for the I quarter 2002;

grant public welfare payments from the date of emergence of the right to them, but no more than in 1 month from the date of the request for their appointment.

3. Confer responsibility for reliability of the data and documents issued to citizens for purpose of pensions and public welfare payments on heads of the ministries, departments, companies, organizations and organizations of Turkmenistan.

To the Ministry of Social Welfare of Turkmenistan to strengthen control of reliability of the documents submitted by citizens for purpose of pensions and public welfare payments.

4. To the Ministry of Social Welfare of Turkmenistan under approval by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan to prepare and provide offers on entering into legal acts of Turkmenistan of the changes following from this resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
