In pursuance of Item (2) article 26 of the Law on electronic communications No. 241-XVI of November 15, 2007. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, of the Art. 155) DECIDES: Administrative board
1. Approve Regulations on the mode of permission and issue of licenses to use of limited resources for provision of networks and services of electronic communication public it (is applied).
2. Repeal the Provision on licensing in the field of telecommunication and information science approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science No. 05 of April 30, 2002. (The official monitor, 2002, No. 103-105, the Art. 236), registered by the Ministry of Justice for No. 279 of July 12, 2002.
3. This resolution becomes effective on September 15, 2008.
