1. Approve Rates for transportation of passengers and baggage by rail in the international message East-West which are applied.
2. This order becomes effective since December 14, 2008.
3. Public administration of rail transport Ukraine/Melnichuk B.O./:
3.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3.2. Provide correctness of application and timeliness of bringing this order to population permission.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of December 20, 2005 N 919 "About approval of Rates for transportation of passengers and baggage by rail in the international message East-West", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2006 for N 118/11992.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Badagov V. F.
