About export customs tariff of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of increase in the income of the government budget from foreign economic activity and improvement of structure of export the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Introduce the export customs duties in case of commodity exportation from the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Determine that collection of export customs duties is made by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan in freely convertible currency except for of the countries of ruble zone, in the sizes established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan except provided by Intergovernmental agreements.

Ruble exchange rate to the foreign currency applied when calculating the size of duties is established by National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and other interested ministries, departments till May 10, 1993 to develop the list of the separate goods which are subject to taxation by export duties and also the sizes of rates and to submit them for approval to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Determine Tadzhikvneshekonombank authorized bank by servicing of collection of customs export duties.

5. Determine that change of the size of export rate of the Republic of Tajikistan on some goods is made if necessary by the Commission of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan concerning commercial ties with foreign countries on the representation of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and other interested ministries and departments.
