1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of state bodies when carrying out customs clearance of the goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the states, the governments, the international organizations as free financial and technical assistance.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
