1. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation of length of service to military personnel, law enforcement officers, and also persons which right to have military or special ranks, class ranks and to wear uniform appointments and payments of lump-sum allowances are abolished since January 1, 2012.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the enclosed list.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

service in bodies of prosecutor's office, internal affairs, the public fire service, criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice, including the former USSR and the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the former State Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in positions of the officer, commanding and ordinary structure (including in positions of trainees) - from the date of position assignment;

service as military builders in military and construction groups (parts);

operating time in representative and executive bodies, departments, organizations and the organizations in direction cases the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with leaving on military service or on service in bodies of prosecutor's office, internal affairs, financial police (tax police (militia), the public fire service, criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice and the former State Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

the time spent for practical flight training of the persons which are called up for military service studying for reserve officers of aircrew in the educational organizations of society of assistance to defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan - since January 1, 1961;

time of detention, term of imprisonment in places of detention and stays in the reference of the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies, financial police (the tax police (militia), the public fire service, criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice, the former State Investigative Committee which is unreasonably brought to trial, unreasonably repressed, violently moved and afterwards rehabilitated;
