About single questions of consumption of electrical energy in 2008-2009
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits (limits) for consumption of electrical energy for 2008-2009 (further - the Provision).
2. To the Ministry of Economics to establish according to the legislation since November, 2008 the raising coefficient 2 to rates on received from the organizations which are part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, the electrical energy consumed over the established limits (limits) for the legal entities specified in the Provision.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities till October 1, 2008 to the Department of Energy the list of the organizations of housing and communal services (including the organizations which property is in utility property) with annual amount of consumption of electrical energy of 1000 thousand kW · h and more.
4. To provide to Department of Energy till November 1, 2008 reduction by the power supplying organizations which are part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, contracts for electric power supply in compliance with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
5. To provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus development and approval till October 15, 2008 of the Department of Energy of the schedule of creation in 2008-2009 of the automated control system and accounting of electrical energy concerning the organizations specified in the Provision and also control of implementation of this schedule.
6. To make to the state committee on standardization and the Department of Energy within the competence explanations on application of the Provision.
7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
