About some questions of public administration in the field of international cooperation

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of public administration in the field of international cooperation I decide:

1. Rename Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States into Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation.

2. Abolish the Russian center of the international scientific and cultural cooperation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, having transferred its functions to Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation.

3. Determine that the Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation is legal successor of the Russian center of the international scientific and cultural cooperation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, including according to the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments.

4. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation.

5. Permit to have in Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation six deputy managers of Federal agency and ten managements on the main activities of Federal agency.
