1.2. Appoint the territorial offices of the Bank of Russia specified in appendix to this order, authorized on adoption on paper of statements on receipt of the credits of the Bank of Russia on fixed interest rate and the applications for participation in credit auction providing loan granting of the Bank of Russia on the correspondent accounts and correspondent sub-accounts of credit institutions serviced by the specified territorial offices of the Bank of Russia.
