Determine that financial provision of the expenses connected with provision of cars to disabled people and also, including with payment of banking services (services of mail service) in transfer (transfer) of compensation payments, is performed by payment to disabled people of immediate monetary compensation instead of provision of the car at the expense of means of the federal budget within budgetary appropriations and limits of the budget obligations provided to the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation according to summary budget list of expenses of the federal budget the current financial year and planning period.
