About seasonal duties on raw sugar reed and the separate types of sugar imported on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2008 and 2009

According to article 6 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of seasonal duties on raw sugar reed and sugar with the vkusoaromatichesky or painting additives, imported on the territory of the Russian Federation from December 1 to December 31, 2008 and from January 1 to April 30, 2009.

Provide to the Federal Customs Service collection of seasonal duties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

action of rates of the seasonal duties approved by this resolution stops earlier fixed term in case of accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization (from the effective date the international treaty on accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization);

the average monthly price of raw sugar at the New York commodity and raw exchange is calculated according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 15, 2004 N 786 "On tariff regulation of import of sugar in the Russian Federation".

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
