1. Enter for a period of 3 years anti-dumping duty on coming from Ukraine and imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus:
the caramel which is not containing some cocoa, classified in subsubline items 1704 90 710 0, of 1704 90 750 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - FEACN CU), in the amount of percent 11,76 from customs value;
the caramel containing cocoa, classified in subsubline items 1806 90 500 1, 1806 90 500 2, by 1806 90 500 9 FEACN CU in the amount of percent 23,9 from customs value.

Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on acceptance undertaken by affiliated enterprise "Confectionery corporation "Roshen", Zhytomyr Lasoshch private company, Kharkiv Biscuit Factory closed joint stock company, private company "ON Conti of price obligations according to appendix * on supply of caramel to the territory of the Republic of Belarus at the prices not below the normal price of these goods (daleetsenovy obligations) before the end of the period specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
