1. Approve the enclosed Rules of exchange of premises of the state housing stock in the Republic of Belarus.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of June 4, 1987 No. 196 "About approval of Rules of exchange of premises in the Belarusian SSR" (SZ BSSR, 1987, No. 17, the Art. 234);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of May 20, 1991 No. 189 "About exchange of premises in houses of the state and public housing stock, fund housing and housing cooperatives on apartment houses (apartments) belonging to citizens on the right of private property" (JV BSSR, 1991, No. 16, the Art. 171).

Rules of exchange of premises of the state housing stock in the Republic of Belarus

1. These rules establish procedure for exchange of premises of the state housing stock for premises of the state or private housing stock.

The employer of premises of the state housing stock has the right from written consent jointly of the full age family members, and also other citizens living with it behind whom right to use by these premises remains, and with the permission of the lessor to make exchange of the occupied premises with other employer, the owner of premises or organization member of builders.
