About additional measures for stimulation of creation and activities of the companies with foreign investments

For the purpose of forming of favorable conditions for creation and functioning in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of production enterprises with foreign investments, increases in their contribution to strengthening of economic capacity of the republic and integration in world economy:

1. Determine that stimulation of creation and effective activities of the companies with foreign investments making export-oriented and import-substituting products is the most important priority of the external economic and investment policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Take into consideration that the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan installs the broad system of guarantees for foreign investors providing protection of their right to property and repatriation of the got profit, creating for them the favorable investment climate.

Prohibit the publication of the departmental acts complicating procedure for creation, registration and activities of the companies with foreign investments, request of the additional references and documents which are not provided by decisions of the government.

Warn heads of the relevant departments and structures that their activities will be estimated first of all how it promotes and stimulates attraction of foreign investments and growth of number of coproductions.

3. Goskomprognozstatu, to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of external commercial relations, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to develop regulations on procedure for reference of the companies with foreign investments to the production enterprises making export-oriented products and to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers.
