In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 27, 2008 N PP-823 "About further measures for streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 14-15, Art. 98) and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 19, 2002 N 257 "About measures for prevention of illegal import to the republic and realization of consumer goods" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 14, of the Art. 109), the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Approve the List of the consumer goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to declare invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Agency on external commercial relations, the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 2, 2003 NN 4, EG-01/12-1745, 01-02/8-19, 60 "About approval of the List of the consumer goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (reg. the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Agency on external commercial relations, the State Customs Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 19, 2003 NN 2-4/38, EG-01/12-3/44, 01-02/8-33, 89 "About modification of the List of the consumer goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (reg. N 1242-1 of 29.08.2003, the Bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2003, N 16);

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
