According to requirements of articles 75 of the Criminal code, 165 Criminally - the executive code, 534 and 542 Criminally - the Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Approve Rules of medical examination of seriously ill convicts and their representation to release from serving sentence due to illness, according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. From the date of the introduction force of this resolution to declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 18, 2000 N 260 "About representation of convicts, to release due to illness" (reg.n 1002 of 27.01.2001) from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
