About organization of pension of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for persons which became disabled people in connection with war or events on January 20, 1990

Noting firmness and courage of persons who lost health and which disability is established in connection with participation in fights for sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Azerbaijan Republic, stay at the front or execution of international debt in the countries where combat operations were performed, and also in case of accomplishment of obligations of military service (service duties), and also in connection with events on January 20, 1990, for the purpose of strengthening of their social protection and increase in the state care of them I decide:

1. Found "Pension of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for persons which became disabled people in connection with war or events on January 20, 1990" and to establish its monthly size, as shown below:

1.1. to persons at whom disability owing to violation of functions of organism for 81-100 percent - 500 manats is established;

1.2. to persons at whom disability owing to violation of functions of organism for 61-80 percent - 400 manats is established;

1.3. to persons at whom disability owing to violation of functions of organism for 31-60 percent - 330 manats is established.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the pension of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic established by part of 1 this Decree is paid by this ministry for the expenditure account, provided for the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic in the budget of the state;

2.2. from the pensions of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic established by part of 1 this Decree only one is paid - the highest.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective since September 1, 2008.
