About increase in the Presidential grant for students of higher educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Raise for 50 percent the Presidential grant for the students who showed the good result at admission examinations in higher educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Republic and establish it in the amount of 150 (hundred fifty) manats.
2. In Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 3, 2001 No. 564 "About organization of the Presidential grant for students of higher educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 579; 2004, No. 9, Article 684; 2006, No. 12, Article 1056) of the word "500.000 (five hundred thousand) manats" shall be replaced with words "150 (hundred fifty) manats".
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective since September 1, 2008.
