2. To the legal adviser of the State inspectorate for power and gas (Proreshin V. A.) carry out registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This order becomes effective after passing of state registration by it in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and not earlier than 15 days from the moment of official publication.
4. To the chief of technological department of the State inspectorate for power and gas (Zakharova I. A.):
4.1. Bring this order to all interested departments.
4.2. Notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of publication of the above-stated order (the name, number, date).
