4. Determine that the rates and salaries calculated taking into account increase minimum level in the salary serve as the state guarantee of the minimum levels of compensation in case of observance by the workers of duration of working hours established by the labor law and accomplishment of labor obligations (work regulations) consisting in employment relationships on terms of employment with the companies and the organizations of all patterns of ownership (employers).
5. Keep the existing differentiation of the sizes of salaries of heads, specialists and the companies and organizations serving depending on categories
At the same time their lower limit is accepted to the minimum level of salaries as the state guarantee.
6. Determine that the amount of surcharges, allowances, awards, cart of rewardings for long service, and also other payments of the stimulating and compensation nature is determined by the companies, the organizations, organizations independently at the expense of means of their funds of consumption and it are provided in collective agreements.
