1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of customs clearance and customs control of the goods conveyed in large size containers by rail as transit goods through the territory of the Russian Federation (further - the Instruction).

2. To provide to chiefs of customs in first-priority procedure customs clearance and customs control of the goods conveyed in large size containers by rail as transit goods through the territory of the Russian Federation including days off and holidays and, if necessary, round the clock.

3. To chiefs of railway stations to provide provision to customs authorities of the documents necessary for the purposes of customs clearance and customs control of goods and to render assistance when carrying out customs examination.

4. To provide to the head of Department of cargo and commercial work of Ministry of Railways of Russia Yu.M.Kosov, the chief of Head department of the organization of customs control of the State Customs Committee of Russia A. V. Galaktionov bringing to the interested organizations of information on border railway stations at which application of the Instruction is allowed.

5. Control of execution of this order is imposed on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation V. I. Meshcheryakov and the deputy minister of means of communication of the Russian Federation S. A. Grishin.
