For the purpose of strengthening of social security of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies and Committee of homeland security the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Enter since January 1, 1992 the national compulsory personal insurance of the military personnel and persons liable for call-up, faces of the private and начальствующею structure of law-enforcement bodies and Committee of homeland security on case of death (death), the wound (contusion), disease got during service (charges).
Insurance is performed at the expense of the funds allocated from the republican budget to Committee of defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also means of other ministries, departments and организаций*.
