For the purpose of social protection of the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. The citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who were taking part in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP in 1988 and in the years ahead and also the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan evacuated from exclusion zone and moved from settling out zone have the right in the territory of the republic to compensations and privileges, (except for privileges on payment for use of natural gas and elekroenergiya) established for persons who were taking part in recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP in 1986-1987, provided by the Law USSR "About social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash".

2. Determine that the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash have also the right in the territory of the republic on:

a) payment daily and room for hours underway from the residence to the place of treatment, dispensary, out-patient or clinical inspection and back together with the accompanying person, according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan;

b) providing with food products in compliance with rational physiological regulations of consumption of food with attachment to the relevant shops;

c) free pass on road transport public (except for taxi) in the territory of the republic;

d) exemption of taxes and duty of all types.
