3. In payments and to exchange the banknotes having damages of the following nature are accepted National by bank of Tajikistan, credit institutions:

a) the remained part of banknote which constitutes 55 and more percent from the initial area;

b) in the presence of two extreme parts of banknote with series and numbers if both parts in total constitute 55 and more percent from the initial area;
