Determine that real estate acquisition, and also its lease for the purpose of placement of diplomatic representations, other representative offices of the international organizations and consular establishments of foreign states equated to them in the Republic of Tajikistan, and also provision of housing in lease to their personnel is performed with the consent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan,
3. Perform alienation of the real estate which is in state-owned property for the purpose of placement of diplomatic representations, other representative offices of the international organizations and consular establishments of foreign states equated to them in the Republic of Tajikistan.
