2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 1997 N 910 "About payment procedure and the size of penalty for complete or partial failure to pay means by buyers for subjects to privatization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, page 16).
