About the entry of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan into International association of insurance supervisions
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2007 "About measures for further reforming and market development of insurance services" and for the purpose of expansion and strengthening international cooperation in the field of supervision and regulation of insurance activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-618:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on its accession to the International Association of Insurance Supervisions (IAIS).
2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to perform the necessary procedures connected with the entry of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan into International association of insurance supervisions.
3. Determine that expenses on payment of annual fees in International association of insurance supervisions are performed within the budgetary appropriations which are annually provided in expense budget of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev Sh. M.
