4. Inclusion of banks in the register is performed in case of observance of conditions, stipulated in Article 388 Customs codes of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Charges for inclusion of bank in the register are not levied.

5. Conditions of inclusion of bank in the register are:

5. 1) availability of the license for banking operations granted by National Bank of Tajikistan and implementation of banking activity at least five years;
