1. In this Instruction the procedure for measure definition of produktion which can be used at the company is stated.
2. All companies making industrial output shall submit reports on products (works, services).
The companies enacted, but for any reasons not making industrial output (works, services), shall submit reports with obligatory specifying of absence reasons of production.
Temporarily not working companies also shall submit reports with indication of since what time they do not work.
3. Reports on products of production association are submitted respectively in standard or specialized forms on products in the following procedure:
on each production association in general, including all structural units and the independent companies entering consolidation (irrespective of the location of structural units and the independent companies);
on head structural unit (head enterprise), including all structural units, irrespective of the place of their stay (without the independent companies entering consolidation);
on head structural unit (head enterprise), including only those structural units which are located in the territory of the same area, as consolidation (head enterprise), without the structural units located in the territory of other area and without the independent companies entering consolidation;
on each structural unit located in the territory of other area, than production, consolidation, head enterprise;
on each independent company entering into production association irrespective of the place of its stay.
For creation of summary reports on administrative areas (cities) the production association provides submission to bodies of the state statistics on the established forms of the statistical reporting of data on products amount indicators (works, services), and also of production in kind on each structural unit located in the territory of the same area as production association.
