Rules of advisory support of concessionary projects

1. These rules of advisory support of concessionary projects are developed according to Article 150-3 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2004 and regulate procedure for rendering services in advisory support of concessionary projects.

2. Authorized state bodies of the corresponding industry (further - organizers of tenders) in case of need attract independent experts to advisory support of concessionary projects.

3. Financing of services in advisory support of concessionary projects (further - services) is performed at the expense of funds distributed budget programs of authorized body for economic planning.

4. Organizers of tenders send requests for financing of services (further - the request) to authorized body on economic planning.

5. The request contains the following main data:

1) name of the concessionary project;

2) the organizer of tender at the choice of the independent expert;

3) types of service and their declared cost.
