About exemption of the state fee for the certificate of agreements on acquisition in property of housing physical face which houses became unsuitable for accommodation owing to floods in July-August, 2008

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of article 3 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, 302), with subsequent changes, in case of the certificate of agreements on acquisition in property of apartment houses (with economic constructions or without them) or apartments physical face which houses became unsuitable for accommodation owing to floods in July-August, 2008 agreement parties are exempted No. 53-55, of the Art. from payment of the state fee. This release is provided on condition of submission of the copy of the technical conclusion about assessment of damage rate of the house based on which person is included in the list of victims of floods which houses are acknowledged damaged with prohibition of accommodation at them.

Art. 2. - In case of the conclusion of the agreements specified in Article 1, before the date of entry into force of this law of person, paid the state fee having the right to demand from tax authorities of its return.
