1. Approve the Procedure for conducting state examination of nuclear and radiation safety which is applied.
2. To legal management (Novak N. Yu.) provide provision of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In a month after state registration to provide to the state scientific and technological center on nuclear and radiation safety (Vasilchenko V. M.) replication of the Procedure for conducting state examination of nuclear and radiation safety.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Bykov V. O.
