About re-registration of the permissions of National Bank of Moldova issued to Duty-free shops

In pursuance of provisions of Articles 11, 50 and 51 Laws N548-XIII of 21.07.1995. "About National Bank of Moldova", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova N195 of 10.06.1994. "About the organization of the shops realizing goods in the duty-free mode and also shops on servicing of diplomatic corps", the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDED: Instructions of N10018-25 "About Operating Conditions of Duty-free Shops with Freely Convertible Currency" taking into account changes

1. The companies (organizations, the organizations) which got permissions of National Bank of Moldova to acceptance of freely convertible currency as payment for the goods realized in the duty-free mode before approval of this decision shall within two months from coming into force of this decision, re-register the above-stated permissions in National Bank of Moldova.

As a result of re-registration of earlier issued permissions they will be replaced with new permissions.

2. For re-registration each company (organization, the organization) specified in Item 1 of this decision shall provide to National Bank of Moldova the following documents / information:

(I) information on instrument of payment (cash freely convertible currency, travel checks, cards) which is accepted as payment for implementable goods, - for each duty-free shop;

(II) information that the head, the chief accountant and all other employees of duty-free shops which perform transactions with freely convertible currency their accounting and control, are acquainted with provisions of the Instruction N10018-25 "About Operating Conditions of Duty-free Shops with Freely Convertible Currency", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova N195 of 10.06.94. "About the organization of the shops realizing goods in the duty-free mode and also shops on servicing of diplomatic corps";
