1. Approve the enclosed Federal aviation rules "Rules of Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Aircrafts of Civil Aviation".
2. Not apply in the territory of the Russian Federation the order MGA USSR of November 30, 1990 N 277 "About distribution of action of Technical instructions for safe transportation of dangerous goods by air of ICAO on the air transportation of dangerous goods which are carried out by aircrafts of the USSR".
