For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 13, 2007 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 2, 2002 No. 782 "About enhancement of rules of issue of special permission (license) for some types of activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 650:

1. Approve "Classification of buildings and constructions I, II and III levels of responsibility" it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
