About some questions of construction of facilities of aircraft

For the purpose of creation of conditions for implementation of the investment project ""Minsk City" and developments of civil aviation I decide the business center:

1. Create in accordance with the established procedure in the form of the joint Center of Maintenance and Repair of the Aircraft Equipment and Center of Business Aircraft limited liability companies (further - societies), having provided them the founder from the Republic of Belarus the republican unitary enterprise "Minsk Aircraft Repair Plant" from shares of the state of 50 percent in authorized capital of each society.

2. Determine societies customers by designing and construction of facilities, necessary for ensuring work of the Center of maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment and the Center of business aircraft (further - objects).

3. Determine that:

3.1. the general project and contract organizations for designing and construction of facilities are determined by societies on the basis of negotiations without carrying out the contract biddings;

3.2. construction of facilities is performed by societies step by step, in parallel with development, examination and approval in accordance with the established procedure of the necessary design estimates on each of design stages and construction, and also objects in general;

3.3. construction of facilities is performed with the right of cutting down of wood and shrubby vegetation. The received wood in accordance with the established procedure is implemented by the utility production unitary enterprise "Minskzelenstroy";

3.4. the fertile layer of earth removed before construction of facilities, engineering and transport infrastructure to them is used for the needs connected with construction of facilities, engineering and transport infrastructure to them and other needs provided by the design estimates in coordination with the Minsk Gorispolkom and Smolevichsky district executive committee;
