2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of 25.12.96 N 229 "About approval of the Standard instruction on safe operation in case of content of centralized railroad switches", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.04.97 for N 111/1915.
3. To the sector of the organization of the state supervision of industrial safety and labor protection in mechanical engineering, on transport and in communication (Buryak P. I.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To management of normative and legal and legal providing (Prokhorov V. V.) to take measures for entering of the Instruction into the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection and to post this order on the website of Gosgorpromnadzor.
5. To the assistant department head of personnel, clerical work and special work Kravtsu V. Yu., to provide publication of the order in mass media.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee Dolmatov O. I.
