1. Approve the enclosed Rules of approval of application of the rehabilitation procedure concerning the poor debtor.

Declare invalid the Order of the Chairman of Committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 9, 2004 No. 30 "About approval of the Instruction for approval of application of the procedure of rehabilitation concerning poor debtors", (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of July 12, 2004 2943).
3. (Bekbosunov S. M.) to provide to committee on work with poor debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
