According to articles 6 and 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of use and protection of lands" and Regulations on the State inspectorate for control of use and protection of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.2002 N 1958 (with changes), for the purpose of determination of the procedure of obtaining from central and local executive bodies, bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government bodies, legal entities and physical persons of documents, materials and the other information necessary for implementation of the state control of use and protection of lands, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for receipt of documents, materials and other information, necessary for implementation of the state control of use and protection of lands it (is applied).
2. State inspectorate for control of use and protection of lands (Nechiporenko O. M.), Legal management of Goskomzem of Ukraine (Kalnichenko A. G.) provide:
approval of the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship;
provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
