1. Approve the enclosed Rules of release, placement, the address, repayment and servicing of the state medium-term treasury currency liabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan with circulation period one year and more.
2. Determine that:
1) money from primary placement of the state medium-term treasury currency liabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan arrives in the republican budget;
2) expenses on release, placement, repayment and servicing of the state medium-term treasury currency liabilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are made at the expense of means of the republican budget.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
