1. Approve the List of types of the equipment for which standard rates of predelnodopustimy emissions of pollutants from stationary sources are developed it (is applied).

2. (Gorbunov V. S.) to submit to management of protection of atmospheric air of Department of the state environmental monitoring and protection of atmospheric air this order to five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister S. Kurulenko.

1. Power and processing industry:

heatpower plants which rated thermal power exceeds 50 MW;

oil processing and gas-processing equipment;

coke furnaces;

equipment (installation) for gasification and liquefaction of coal;

boiler rooms;

equipment (installation) for grinding of coal and installation for production of uglekhimichesky products and solid smokeless fuel.

2. Production and processing of metals:

the equipment (installation) for vizhiganiye and agglomeration of metal ore, (including sulphidic ore);
