About agricultural census

This Law determines legal, organizational and economic basis of preparation and carrying out agricultural census, processing, generalization, distribution and use of its results, and also governs the relations of subjects of agricultural census, determines their rights, obligations and responsibility, establishes guarantees of the state concerning protection of the confidential information obtained in the course of carrying out agricultural census.

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law the following terms are used in such value:

producers of agricultural products are the agricultural producers, physical persons (including households, the physical persons performing the activities connected with maintaining personal peasant economy, self-employed persons in the field of agricultural industry) who are engaged in agricultural activities;

household - set of persons who jointly live in one premises or its part provide themselves to all necessary for life activity, conduct joint economy, fully or partially combine and spend means. These faces can consist in the related relations or the relations of property, not to consist in any of these relations, or to consist also in those, and in other respects. The household can consist of one person;

tools of agricultural census - census documentation, instructive (methodical) and other materials which are used during preparation, carrying out agricultural census, processing, generalization, distribution and use of its results;

the schedule of preparation and carrying out agricultural census, and also processing and distribution of its results, the list of the main organizational actions for each stage of works in the course of the agricultural census with establishment of terms of their accomplishment and determination of executives in charge;

the user - the legal entity or physical person using data of agricultural census;

primary data - information of rather quantity and quality characteristic of the phenomena and processes provided by respondents during statistical observations;
