according to other obligations of credit institutions in currency of the Russian Federation and to obligations in foreign currency - % 0,5.

1.2. To territorial offices of the Bank of Russia to carry out extraordinary regulation of the size of required reserves within October 15-17, 2008 on the credit institutions which addressed them.
