For the purpose of carrying out transactions on loan granting the Bank of Russia signs with credit institution the general agreement about provision of credit institution of unsecured loans by the Bank of Russia (further - the general agreement). Conditions of the general agreement (including changes and amendments to them) are brought by the Bank of Russia to the attention of credit institutions.
