2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 25, 2006 No. 814 "About approval of Rules of provision, consideration and selection of offers on objects, possible to transfer to concession, and carrying out tender on transfer of objects to concession" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 32, the Art. 349).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
