1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure and conditions of forming of the list of not used objects and procedure for their write-off.
2. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Architecture to determine procedure for reflection of transactions by write-off of not used objects in financial accounting.

1. This Provision determines procedure and conditions of forming of the list not used by the organizations performing activities in the field of construction and the industry of construction materials (further - the organizations), objects and procedure for their write-off.
The term "not used objects" is used in this Provision in the value determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2008 No. 480 "About some questions of write-off of not used objects" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 212, 1/9999).
