About some measures for streamlining of intermediary activities in case of sales of goods

For the purpose of streamlining of intermediary activities in case of sales of goods * and non-admissions of unreasonable increase in prices for them I decide:

* Goods - products irrespective of the country of its origin.

1. Determine that:

1.1. trading intermediary activity * is performed:

by the conclusion of purchase and sale agreements (retail purchase and sale, delivery, contracting) and exchange, including based on agreements of the order or the commission, in the procedure established by the legislation taking into account the features provided by this Decree;

if other is not provided by this Decree, only in the presence of the special permission (license) for implementation of wholesale and (or) retail trade or special permission (license) for implementation of wholesale and (or) retail trade got in the procedure established by the legislation separate types of goods if the intermediary ** performs wholesale and (or) retail trade by exclusively specified types of goods.

* Trading intermediary activity - business activity on implementation of wholesale and (or) retail trade by not self-produced goods.

** The intermediary - legal entity or physical person - resident of the Republic of Belarus, performing trading intermediary activity in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the procedure established by the legislation.

At the same time (except for agreements of retail sale of goods to citizens):

as the essential term of the contract the purpose (purposes) of purchase of goods shall be specified (for own production and (or) consumption, export from the Republic of Belarus, wholesale and (or) retail trade, conversion on conditions to be provided, deliveries for the state needs or on the quotas established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus);
