About realization of the right of insured person at choice of investment portfolio (managing company) according to the Federal Law "About investment of means for financing of funded portion of work pension in the Russian Federation
According to articles 34 and 41 of the Federal law "About Investment of Means for Financing of Funded Portion of Work Pension in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, the Art. 3028) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that the payment for money transfer of pension accruals in case of the choice by insured person of investment portfolio (managing company) keeps from the amount of the pension accruals which are subject to money transfer and is included necessary expenses on investment of means of pension accruals.
The payment for money transfer of pension accruals is kept by managing company in the amount of the costs which are actually incured by it on money transfer of pension accruals through the accounts opened in the credit institutions meeting the established requirements.
2. Approve the enclosed Rules of informing insured persons about condition of special part of individual personal account and submission by insured persons of statements for the choice of investment portfolio (managing company).
3. To the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to calculate the size of the net financial result received from temporary placement of the amounts of the insurance premiums which arrived in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on financing of funded portion of work pension during 2002 and till March 15, 2004 to provide calculations to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:
