1. These conditions determine procedure for release and the circulation of the government registered short-term bonds (state treasury bills).
2. Issuer of state treasury bills is the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. The decision on release of state treasury bills is made by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Conditions of release and repayment of state treasury bills appears the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in open seal not later than 10 calendar days prior to its placement.
5. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan determines the dealer and signs with it the corresponding service agreement of release of state treasury bills.
