About carrying out inventory count and completion of state registration of objects of municipal property

For the purpose of accomplishment of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 4, 2008 No. 364 "About the Actions plan for 2008-2010 within realization of National strategy "Decentralization of public administration and development of local self-government in the Kyrgyz Republic till 2010", regarding carrying out inventory count of objects of municipal property, completion of process of reception-transmission of the state objects in municipal property and state registration of the rights to objects of municipal property decides the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for carrying out inventory count of objects of municipal property.

2. To district public administrations, city halls of the cities of regional and republican value:

- form the relevant commissions on carrying out inventory count of objects of municipal property on places and till January 1, 2009 to carry out inventory count of the objects transferred to the municipal possession, prepare necessary documents for their state registration;

- till January 15, 2009 to provide to the National agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for local self-government of the data following the results of the carried-out inventory count of objects of municipal property according to the forms attached to the Procedure for carrying out inventory count of objects of municipal property.

3. To local public administrations, local government bodies, territorial authorities of state registration of the rights to real estate to take exhaustive measures for completion till December 1, 2009 of registration of the rights to objects of municipal property.

4. Recommend to local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- when carrying out inventory count of the objects transferred to the municipal possession to carry out extra work on inventory count of the objects entered and acquired by different ways;
